Parrish Services technicians are invariably excellent at their job and very personable. The company may not always be the cheapest one in the area but the few extra percents on the bill buy the very best services in northern Virginia. I would not think of using anybody else.

Just a standard maintenance evaluation on my HVAC system but my tech was on time, polite, thorough and knowledgeable. He advised me on parts I can replace myself to buy a little more time with my current older unit rather than trying to upsell me. He advised that I will likely need a new unit in the next couple of years, but again did so without any pressure to address prematurely. Overall it was great exchange and established a sense of honest trade work. This will not be forgotten when it is time to buy a new system!

This was our 1st annual check up. Robert was very helpful and professional. However, we found the prices to be very high. We’ll have to really consider the recommendations.

When your air conditioner goes out, and it's July...the hottest month of the year...it's an emergency! So I took the first appointment I could get with a company that used a bait and switch technique of leading me to believe they could come soon- only to later confess they would have to come later. I kept calling around and got someone at Parrish Services. They were honest about what they could and could not do. They sent out true professionals who diagnosed the problem within 10 minutes...fixed it, and spoke honestly about what they were doing and what to look out for in the future! Thank you Parrish Services!!

I have had a service contract with Parrish Services for many years. Everyone now and again I get pleasantly surprised with service for an issue that is most unpleasant.I had my semi-annual service check done 2 weeks ago. Over the past 2 days it's been warm in the house. I called Parrish to come back to look at the A/C system again. In a matter of 2 hours they were able to schedule next-day service, and the tech re-arranged his calls for service so that he spent less time driving. That meant I was next on his schedule based on location of service calls.The tech ended up locating a major coolant leak. We opted for the lesser of two expenses by having the coil replaced (a quarter of the price of a brand new unit; still not cheap, but better than replacing the entire unit).I am thankful for Parrish Services' scheduling diligence and courteous service. They bent over backwards to schedule a next-day appointment during a stretch of the year when they have an overabundance of A/C service calls.

Trouble shooting found no real issue and returned to service. Tech was on time savvy and professional. Good news was no major issue was found. Transferee load no issues. Not sure what was not working when it appeared to not be making AC power. All good now!

Doug from Parrish Services came by and cleaned our gas fireplace. Cleaned the logs and glass and did an inspection. All in working order but we will have to purchase a new unit. They say it only lasts for around 15 years and our property was built in 2002. It’s time and I appreciate his honesty. Great worker and knowledgeable!

I spoke with Sharon first and she was extremely helpful setting up my emergency generator repair. Then Christian came out to do the service and was so helpful and friendly. He had me up and running quickly and was honest and very clear about what was needed for repairs. I will be using Parrish and sticking with them for my electrical needs. I'm a happy customer.

I was impressed by the service even before the tech arrived. Then Christian showed up and blew me away with his expertise and thoroughness. He explained the source of the issues I was experiencing, after taking the time to thoroughly investigate them. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to ensuring everything worked as it should. I was so comfortable with the execution of this job, that I've decided to get a membership and use call back Christian for 2 future projects I have planned spanning Fall and Spring

Called Parrish after dissatisfaction with the differing diagnoses and high prices of a competitor. Matthew was outstanding in all ways. Jason & Ryan did a great job servicing our HVAC system & gas log today. Proficient, professional, and personable. This is why we have been Parrish customers since 2006.I’m updating this on 7/26/21. Today we had our air conditioning system serviced by Joe C and our plumbing checked by Joe P. This was the first time these two technicians have performed service checks for us, but as always with Parrish we were very pleased with the services they performed. The two Joes were affable, prompt, swift, and professional. Parrish is a first rate operation, and that’s why we have been clients for over 15 years.

Technician has been very courteous and professional. He seemed to be expert in his field. I had the pleasure following Jason R doing the inspection going after each detail in the sun with temperature over 90 while keeping a smile on. I am very grateful for Jason and Parrish Services for fixing my AC system and for the reasonable estimates covering my current problem and other that was discovered during inspection.

My a/c unit quit working Monday night. I called Parrish from a recommendation given to me by a friend. They answered the phone at 7:30 at night and accommodated my request for this morning. No contract with them and no prior business done in the past. Showed on time, fix the problem at a reasonable price and did not try to tie me down with expensive service contacts. Awesome experience.

The plumber who came was knowledgeable, polite, wore a mask, and was on time. He diagnosed the problem (worn-out water pressure tank), explained everything clearly for me, and was willing to check out and fix 2 broken faucets while he was here.Another cool thing is that they have a way to track the arrival time online so that you can see when they will be there within the 2-hour window.We are very pleased with our experiences with this company for plumbing needs.

We have an aging, complex geothermal system and Matthew H. does a great job of taking care of it. His explanations and guidance are always clear. Pricing is transparent and reasonable, and unlike some other HVAC companies we don't feel as if we're being pressured into upgrades or equipment we don't need. Grateful to Parrish!

Cleaned gas fire place logs and adjusted pilot light. Maintenance done was completely satisfying and ignition switch works like new again. Work was done in minimum time. I would recommend Parrish Services to anyone.

After some bad experiences with other companies, we ended up needing a full HVAC replacement. The Parrish team continues to serve and provide months after the system was installed. After some initial hiccups out of their control and our own, they were nimble, ontime, and friendly - even the folks answering the phones. When we had issues with the new system, they came out fast and didn't add any charges. Technicians answered all of our questions without ever making us feel foolish for asking. When we had follow up needs they showed up, offered help and advice on efficiency, and were always both warm and professional at the same time. They came out 6 weeks after the install when we thought we needed help, and because we are part of their annual service (just $16 per month!) they didn't charge a dime - and they could have without us knowing any better. We won't be using anyone else. They are trustworthy, capable, and professional. They've earned every star.Update: just had our first 6 month time up and had a professional and knowledgeable technician. He answered questions and have us great suggestions to improve our energy efficiency and comfort. With snow this morning, the schedulers stayed in touch and updated us so we weren't left wondering what time they're arrive. Always 5 star.

We have had Parrish for our heating and a/c maintenance for 6 years. Recently and in the past they have done electrical work as well. I have found them to be on time, reliable, patient and well versed in each of their positions. There hasn't been a visit where they have let us down. The office addresses any issues if one should arise.

Another pleasant experience.My technician Matthew arrived on time and came ready to do all the work at once, despite the company scheduling two adjacent time windows for two kinds of service. Joe did a great job on my toilet installation. He is very honest and a true asset to the company. He has come to my home in the past to perform other jobs.
