I have recommended Parrish to another and they got a new furnace from you. The technician was great and he was so quick I wondered if he even did anything. Very efficient.

The technician did a complete check... even tested for carbon monoxide and recommended that I purchase some carbon monoxide detectors.

Was very impressed with your technician. He seemed truly interested in helping me to maintain my AC and made recommendations to that end.

Parrish installed Lennox furnace & AC, plus Navien tankless WH. Navien an issue, but Parrish worked well with us to understand & resolve them. Replaced Navien with Bradford tank WH. Kudos to Randal Mitchel and Jason Richard--real professionals, great work. Mike Beachy patient and easy to work with. Parrish has our vote.

Rough start but the problem was finally solved.

your tech that came to my home was terrific. as tired as he must have been getting there at 8pm, he did not rush and took the time to explain everything that was going on with my system. he was really a gentleman. he told me he had three more appts that night, I hope you are compensating him for that hard work, you would not want ot lose an amployee like that, own 50 restaurants and I would love 100 workers like him.

Carrie is a real asset to your company. She works hard, explains things in ways that I can understand, and leaves a clean work place behind. I plan on requesting her again.

This seemed like a difficult repair, the technician went about isolating the short in a well thought out deliberate manner. There were actually three problems which he detected and repaired. I was impressed by the skill and professionalism displayed by the technician.

I am a priority service customer and an American Home Shield customer. After an incredibly difficult and unsuccessful experience trying to get AHS to schedule me with Parrish you folks took care of the whole claim process for me. You can't imagine how much I appreciate your help with that problem. Thank You.
